Chincoteague, Virginia ~ Welcome to the Watson House.  Built by David Robert Watson in 1898 and restored to the Watson House Bed and Breakfast in 1993.  Nestled in the heart of Chincoteague Island, you will find a Romantic Retreat in The Watson House.

Our beautiful, comfortable rooms are adorned with antique furnishings. All have private baths and air conditioning.  Fill up on a hearty breakfast before walking to many local shops, biking the Wildlife Refuge (bikes provided), or just relaxing on the beach (chairs and beach towels provided).  Chincoteague Island is well known for wild ponies, bird watching (binoculars provided), kayaking, boat tours, the Assateague Lighthouse, and nature walks (nature provided). Relax in the afternoon on our wrap-around porch with tea, cookies and a good book.  Enjoy a casual dinner at one of the many local restaurants and cafes. Indulge yourself in elegant surroundings.
